Job Purpose

To ensure the company's products are properly displayed and merchandised at customer outlets in accordance with company standards, maintain product availability, monitor stock rotation, and enhance product visibility to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the daily route plan.
• Arrange and replenish company products on shelves and in refrigerators in line with merchandising standards.
• Ensure continuous product availability on shelves.
• Refill shelves to prevent stock shortages.
• Apply the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle to ensure older stock is sold before newer stock.
• Monitor product expiry dates and report products that are near expiry or expired.
• Verify that price tags and promotional labels are accurate and up to date.
• Install and maintain point-of-sale materials (POSM), including promotional displays and signage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of product displays.
• Submit daily visit reports through the company's reporting system or mobile application.
• Report stock shortages, competitor activities, merchandising opportunities, and market observations.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
• Follow the approved visit schedule and company merchandising guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail sales, or field sales.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry is preferred.

Job Requirements

• Valid driver's licence (if travel between outlets is required).
